I was tagged by Clare to do 25 random facts about myself. Clare's were fun to read and I don't know if I can come up with anything interesting. We'll see how it goes...

1. I spend ridiculous amounts of time looking for things each day, thanks to Evan and his new talent, hiding things. I just found a missing bottle, I usually have no idea where my phone is-until it rings, and the list goes on.
2. I've read the Twilight series more times than I can count and I am currently reading Eclipse, again.
3. I really didn't like the Twilight movie and I hope they do a better job on New Moon.
4. I have an obsession with black furniture and decor.
5. I don't have the internet right now, but thanks to this random connection that only works in my dining room I can tell you all these random things.
6. I get to go on a temple trip this month. We're going to the Nauvoo, St. Louis, and Louisville temples. Thanks Dallas- you're the best!
7. I get to visit everyone in Utah this May-I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. I like to take pictures of my kids and I love Picasa.
9. I love Psych and Smallville.
10. I haven't been able to listen to my stereo in my car for the past two months, but don't worry that's taken care of.
12. I HATE winter especially January-March.
13. I love volleyball
14. Ever since I became a stay at home mom I've become a neat-freak.
15. I hate washing dishes, vacuuming, and doing laundry.
16. Evan loves washing dishes, vacuuming and doing laundry.
17. I have two babies-not just Makiah. Evan pretends to be a baby most of the day. I guess he just wants more attention.
18. I miss summer nights and pretty sunsets.
19. I get up at least 3 times during the night to put Evan back in his own bed, or to feed Makiah.
20. I am not a morning person.
21. I am defiantly a night person (Well late nights, not during the night)
22. My pet peeve is bad breath.
23. I love spending time with Dallas, he makes me laugh.
24. One day I want to teach preschool or elementary school.

Winter time

It's been awhile since I've taken some time to write on my blog so I thought I let you all know what's going on. Well I guess there isn't much to say but here are some fun pictures of the kids! Makiah refuses to sit on her own, but we got her to sit up by letting her play the piano. She loves to bang around on it!
Evan got sick a few weeks ago and of course passed it on to the rest of us. We spent a lot of time inside and Evan took lots of naps on the couch.


Evan is getting even more sick of winter than I am. That's saying something, cause I am going crazy! He always likes to go outside to play, the only problem is Makiah hates it out in the cold. We had all this snow at the end of January and all in one night it was washed away by the rain. We had a few nice days that we were able to escape the house but now it's freezing again.



I took these cute pictures of Makiah yesterday and thought I'd share. She was so smiley for me it was so fun to get such cute pictures. I put my favorite pictures on this scrapbook page.



Well I hope I didn't bore you all with my so "exciting" life but maybe you at least enjoyed the pictures :)

Makiah Crawling

Makiah is crawling everywhere now! She is getting really fast too, I have to keep an eye on her because I never know where she'll be next. I took some movies of her crawling, the first one was taken on December 21st when she was five months old and the second one was on January 27th. She is getting faster everyday! Now I just need to teach her how to sit up, she hates to sit! she'd rather be moving around!
