DJ and Me

Night of the Decades!
The youth in our ward had a fund raiser this month and they had a dinner and dance for the adults. We had so much fun, I felt like I was in high school again but this time with Dallas (which makes it so much better than high school!) The dinner was very yummy and we had fun getting to know people in our ward. Dancing was fun, but I think Dallas was a little self conscious so it took awhile to get him to relax. We were one of the only couples in jeans- I guess it wouldn't have hurt much to dress up. We just weren't thinking! The youth babysat at the church and Kiah didn't like that idea so she ended up with us a lot of the time. She loved the music and I decided that she was born to party! We let Evan come and dance with us at the end and he loved the balloons and disco ball! It was a great night and I hope they do it again next year.

I love looking at your blog. That's a cute picture. I can't wait for you to be here and show Shannon and I how to set up our blogs so they look this good!

What a great picture! I thought you guys were great at the dance, I felt like Dustin and I were the self-conscience ones. I think everyone felt a little shy about dancing! But it was a great night!
