I've had the same problem uploading movies onto blogger. I always make sure they are under the maximum allowable size, but they just don't work unless I make them REALLY small. It's a pain! Plus, I have this other problem that only certain users seem to have, where I have to go in and change the code everytime I post a movie, or it duplicates a "snapshot" of the video below it. So... I share your frustration.
