One of those days
Today (and yesterday) was just one of those days. For all of us. One of those days that you just want to throw your hands up and say "I give up!" Last night I was online searching for airline tickets... without a trip in mind... I just wanted to go home :( I finally remembered how expensive airline tickets are, and how poor I am. I gave up and just cried instead. Even though I am now a parent with a nice little home for my family, I still get home sick. I think I am okay now. The kids are in bed and my house is now in tact (despite the broken dryer). I can now *finally* relax. I took these pictures this morning when we were trying to cheer up the kids. Just looking at them made me feel happier. I thought I would share...
Poor Kiah fell down and scraped up her nose this week, it looks pretty bad.

Kiah looked so cute today, but didn't want her picture taken. She has a little tear falling down her cheek.

I totally know how you feel about being home sick! I don't live nearly as far away from home as you do, but I still get those blues! I hope things get better for you soon...I know they will! AND you do have a very cute little family! :) Keep your chin up!

We're "homesick" for you and the rest of the crew, too. I'm so glad we can communicate this way and by phone as much as we want. Makiah's nose looks so sore. Keep neosporine (sp) on it so it won't scar. She's so beautiful. You're a wonderful mom!
